Under the City's 2025 - 2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP),the South 216th Street, Military Rd S to 35th Ave S Project (ST-140), is Priority 12. 

 Estimated design cost is $650,000, to start in 2029.  

This project will reconstruct the roadway, install drainage, curb, gutter, sharrows and sidewalks.  It will also underground utility lines.
