Strategic Real Estate Plan

In March of 2022, the City Council passed Resolution No. 22-06, adopting the City of SeaTac Strategic Real Estate Plan (SREP). The SREP establishes a standard methodology for the City Council to ensure that property acquisition and disposition decisions are based on established City Council policy objectives.  The SREP establishes a three-stage process with five action/steps to evaluate real estate decisions, the phases and action steps are identified in the following graphic:
