This property is located at 3215 South 152nd Street, on the south side of South 152nd Street. The property is currently vacant, contains some pavement, and is fenced.

The property is owned by the City of SeaTac. Staff has evaluated this property using the Strategic Real Estate Plan and recommended that the City Council sell the property for the creation of affordable multifamily or supportive housing.

Fire Station 47 Property Analysis

On March 21, the Planning and Economic Development Committee recommended that the City Council consider a motion that would start the process to declare the property surplus and available for purchase. On April 23, the City Council passed a motion authorizing the sale of the former Fire Station property for the creation of affordable multifamily or supportive housing. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
