If you wish to provide oral public comment at the next Planning Commission meeting, please fill out this form to be added to the Speakers List. The deadline to sign up is by 3:30pm the day of the meeting. Directions for how to participate remotely will be sent to you by 5:00pm the day of the meeting. Planning Commission meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 5:30pm. Requests to participate in Public Comments will only be accepted for the upcoming meeting and requests for future meetings will need to be made after the current meeting.

 

The date of the meeting as well as procedures for commenting will be included in the email sent to you from Barb Mailo.
