Under the City's 2025 - 2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), the South 204th Street Improvements Project ST-134, is Priority 7.

Project costs are estimated to be $12,598,000.00.

The project is currently under design, with construction expected to start in 2027 and be complete in 2028.

This project will reconstruct the roadway on South 204th from 32nd Avenue South to 34th Avenue South, and will improve connectivity to 34th Avenue South.  Improvements to South 204th Street will include drainage, curb , gutter, sidewalks, lighting, shared bicycle lanes, and parking.  

This project is consolidated with projects ST-N19 (30th Avenue South), ST-136 (32nd Avenue South), and ST-N77 (South 202nd Street).
