Under the City's 2025 - 2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), the South 198th Street, International Boulevard to 28th Avenue South (ST-044), is Priority 15.

Estimated design costs $200,000, to start in 2030. 

This project will construct a new three lane roadway with sidewalks to provide an additional access point to the Angle Lake Station Area.  The project will include a roundabout at the intersection with 28th Avenue South.  On-street parking may be considered.
