Under the City's 2025 - 2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), the 34th Avenue South, Phase 2 project is Priority 6.

 Projected cost for this project is $24,119,000.00 over the next four years.

 The 34th Ave South Phase 2 project (ST-016) from South 166th Street to South 176th Street, continues improvements south on 34th Ave South from the 34th Avenue South Phase 1 project recently completed. This project will reconstruct the roadway to collector arterial standards; construct drainage, curb, gutter, shared bicycle facilities, and sidewalks.  The City will also install traffic calming measures, and underground utility lines.
