This property is located at 15211 Tukwila International Boulevard, on the southwest corner of the intersection of South 152^nd Street and Tukwila International Boulevard.  The property is currently paved and used for parking. The property is owned by the City of SeaTac.

In July of 2024, the Planning and Economic Development Committee recommended that the City explore options to create a community space on this property. On September 10, the City Council passed a motion directing the City staff to explore creating a community space on this property. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
