If you answered No to question #7 or #9 but you will have resided/represented a small business in the City for one year upon appointment, you are eligible for appointment. / If you answered No to question #5 and #7, and you will not have resided/represented a small business within the City for one year upon appointment, your application will be kept on file for one year from the date of application. If a position becomes available for which you are eligible, you will be considered for appointment.
