If a proposed or existing bike lane is shown on the Bike Path Plan for the relevant street, then a bike lane is required as part of the frontage improvements. A fee-in-lieu for frontage improvements will be considered if the relevant street is part of the 2023-2028 Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP).
