Fees 

- Traffic Mitigation Fee: Fees should be computed for all new developments and change of use buildings impacting traffic volumes, per the latest edition of Trip Generation Manual, Institute of Transportation Engineers. See Transportation Impact Fees and the Fee Schedule for clarification.

- Performance/Maintenance Bond: Review and approval of the Bond Quantity Worksheet (BQW) for all proposed storm water facilities will be in accordance with the latest editions of the King County Surface Water Design Manual and the King County Road Design and Construction Standards. Developers will be required to secure the necessary Performance Bond to insure construction completion in a professional and timely manner.
