Availability of WSDOT SR509 Mitigation funding has allowed the City of SeaTac to move forward to design and construct street and pedestrian improvements at the following locations:

South 204^th Street between 30^th Ave. South and the future 34^th Ave. South.

30^th Ave. South and 32^nd Ave. South between South 200^th Street and South 204^th Street.

Improvements include sidewalks, paving, ADA curb ramps, landscaping, pedestrian lighting, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, on-street parking, traffic calming, and an overall safer facility for residents and students at Madrona Elementary School.

Design work is in the early stages, and construction is planned for 2028.
