Availability of WSDOT SR509 Mitigation funding has allowed the City of SeaTac to move forward to design and construct street and pedestrian improvements at the following locations:

South 204th Street between 30th Ave. South and the future 34th Ave. South.

30th Ave. South and 32nd Ave. South between South 200th Street and South 204th Street.

Improvements include sidewalks, paving, ADA curb ramps, landscaping, pedestrian lighting, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, on-street parking, traffic calming, and an overall safer facility for residents and students at Madrona Elementary School.

Please see Vicinity Map.

Design work is in the early stages, and construction is planned for 2028.
