Help keep SeaTac streets and trails litter-free

The Adopt-A-Street/Trail program offers individuals, local businesses and organizations an opportunity to beautify SeaTac by picking up litter along streets and trails. Removing litter improves safety and the appearance of the community, and also prevents pollution from entering our drainage system, lake, or waterways.

What does it mean to “adopt” a street or trail?

Adopting a street or trail means that you will make a commitment to clean up litter four times per year along a street or trail segment of your choice. We will support you with litter pickers, gloves, safety vests, and garbage bags. We will also keep track of all the amazing work you do to keep your street or trail litter-free! Plus after two cleanups, we will put up a sign recognizing your efforts!
