Satisfaction Guarantee
At the City of SeaTac Parks and Recreation Department, we are committed to providing the public with high quality recreation programs. Our residents and patrons are important to us and we feel they deserve quality at all times. We are so confident that our recreation classes are high quality that we are backing them with a Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy. Our promise is that you will be satisfied with the quality of our recreation classes in which you participate. If you are not satisfied, you can repeat that class at no charge, receive full credit that can be applied to any recreation class or receive a full refund. Policy does not apply to excursions, adult sport leagues, preschool, camps and special events.

Non-Discrimination Policy
The City of SeaTac does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status in the provision of services, in programs or activities, or employment opportunities and benefits. Gender Equity Policy
It is the policy of the City of SeaTac that no person shall be discriminated against on the basis of gender in the operation, conduct or administration of community athletic programs or sports facilities, in compliance with the State of Washington's "Fair Play in Community Sports Act" (Chapter 467, 2009 Laws, effective July 26, 2009). Third parties who contract with or receive leases or permits from the City of SeaTac, for community athletic programs or use of sports facilities are also prohibited from discriminating on the basis of gender. Release of Liability

For and in consideration of the opportunity offered to the undersigned and/or my minor child(ren) (hereinafter referred to as the “RELEASOR”), to participate in classes, activities, and/or programs offered by or in association with the City of SeaTac Parks, Community Programs & Services Department, RELEASOR, as evidenced by his/her signature below, does hereby release, waive, forever discharge and hold harmless the City of SeaTac, a Washington municipality, from any and all manner of claims, demands, debts, costs, expenses, liabilities, loss of services, loss of consortium, actions or causes of action or lawsuits of whatever kind or nature that RELEASOR may have in the future against the City of SeaTac, its officials, employees, agents, organizers, sponsors, volunteers, or contracted instructors, for any and all injuries, death, damages, or losses of any kind or nature that may be sustained or suffered by RELEASOR as a result of participation in the aforesaid classes, activities, and/or programs offered by or in association with the City of SeaTac Parks, Community Programs & Services Department.

RELEASOR understands and agrees that the execution of this release, waiver and indemnity agreement prohibits RELEASOR, RELEASOR’S heirs, assigns, beneficiaries, agents and representatives from asserting any claim at any time against the City of SeaTac . RELEASOR further acknowledges that RELEASOR has familiarized himself/herself with the description of the classes, activities, and/or programs offered by or in association with the City of SeaTac Parks, Community Programs & Services Department; understands the hazards and the personal limitations of RELEASOR and RELEASOR’S children; and therefore knowingly assumes all risks associated with any classes, activities, and/or programs for which RELEASOR and/or RELEASOR’S children are enrolled.

Further, RELEASOR acknowledges that RELEASOR has read this release, waiver and indemnity agreement and understands its contents and that RELEASOR has signed this release as his/her own free voluntary act and deed.
