SeaTac Community Center, 13735 24th Ave. S., SeaTac

Welcoming Week is an annual national campaign that focuses on celebrating and joining efforts to create communities that are welcoming places for all, including immigrants. This year, in partnership with the International Rescue Committee and King County Library System, we will be celebrating our first ever Welcoming Week: We Are SeaTac! Join us for a day surrounded by community. The day will consist of a resource fair with organizations who work with immigrants and refugees to provide services.

Food from different cultures may be available for purchase. Celebrate our diverse community and join us as we connect with our neighbors!

To donate to the International Rescue Committee
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) provides opportunities for refugees, asylees, victims of human trafficking, survivors of torture, and other immigrants to thrive in America. The IRC works with government bodies, civil society actors, and local volunteers to help them translate their past experiences into assets that are valuable to their new communities. The IRC helps them to rebuild their lives. The IRC serves many families with children and have developed an Amazon wish list for highly needed items.  To donate, please use the link to their wish list provided here. Amazon.com
