Anyone who has a skill, talent or knowledge in a specific art or discipline, can apply to teach for SeaTac Parks and Recreation Department. The opportunities are open, it’s all about your passion or talent.

To allow for sufficient planning and promotion, classes and activities are planned a minimum of 3 months in advance. Our quarterly brochure distribution is broken into 4 quarters throughout the year.

Winter: January-March
Spring: April-June
Summer: July-September
Fall: October-December

Most classes have an enrollment fee that participants pay to attend. Instructors currently work on a percentage of that fee. The current rate for instructor pay is 70% of the class fee collected. Classes are mainly taught at the SeaTac Community Center.
