How do I file a claim against the City of SeaTac?
If you believe that the City is liable for damages to you or your property, you must complete a Standard Tort Claim Packet and submit it to the City Clerk’s Office.  All claims for damages must comply with the requirements of RCW 4.96.020.

What happens after I submit my claim?
A copy of your claim will be sent to the Risk Management division of the Legal department.  The City will investigate the claim and determine if the City is legally responsible for the damages asserted in the claim.

What can residents do to reduce the cost of risk?
Residents can help reduce City liability and expenses by reporting potential hazards to SeeClickFix.
