City of SeaTac Biennial Budget

The City of SeaTac operates on a biennial budget cycle. The City’s budget acts not only as a financial document but also as a planning and policy guide. The budget provides a way for the City's decision makers to communicate a variety of information regarding the scope of the City's activities.

City of SeaTac Capital Improvement Program (CIP)

The Biennial Budget process includes the creation of the Capital Improvement Program (CIP), a six-year view of the City’s proposed capital projects and equipment expenditures. Driven by the City’s goals, the CIP provides guidelines for growth and development in the City. Complete program details can be found in the Digital Budget Book.
