The Planning Commission, at their Special Meeting on October 29, made the following recommendation on the Envision SeaTac 2044 proposals: Adopt the public review draft with amendments that correspond to the staff recommendations presented in the Public Hearing Comment Summary & Response Matrix document.

Public Review Draft (Released September 17, 2024)

The Envision SeaTac 2044 and Transportation Master Plan project public review drafts are now available.

• Draft Comprehensive Plan (including proposed updates to existing chapters, two new chapters, and the draft Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map)
