The following table lists land use notices for specific projects that are published in the Seattle Times paper, including Notices of Application, SEPA Threshold Determinations, and Notices of Public Hearings.  Notice signs posted by applicants announce site-specific land use action applications and decisions on property within the city limits. Property owners within a certain feet of the project will also receive notification by mail on certain types of projects based on the Development Review Code. This Land Use Notice chart will list notices for the last year only.
