PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING FORM:

If you wish to provide in-person or remote oral public comment at the next City Council Meeting, please fill out this form to be added to the Speakers List. The deadline to register is 2:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. If you choose to participate remotely, directions for how to participate will be sent to you by 3:30 p.m. the day of the meeting. Each public commenter may only choose one option to provide public comment at a meeting, either oral or written comments, not both. You do not need to sign-up in order to provide written comments, just submit the comments to the publiccomment@seatacwa.gov before 2 p.m. the day of the meeting.

 

In-person AND Remote Public Comments:

  • Registration is required for remote comments and encouraged for in-person comments by 2:00 p.m. the day of the meeting using this form.
    • In-person speakers who do not register will be required to sign up prior to the start of the meeting on the sign-up sheet just outside the Council Chambers.
  • Individual in-person and remote public comments will be limited to 3 minutes each.
  • Groups with 4 or more people physically present at the meeting will be limited to 10 minutes each.

Council Study Sessions are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 4 p.m. Regular Council Meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m., except for August and December when only the 2nd Tuesday meeting is held.

Requests to participate in Public Comments will only be accepted for the upcoming meeting and requests for future meetings will need to be made after the current meeting.

The date of the meeting as well as procedures for commenting will be included in the email sent to you from the City Clerk.
