If you wish to provide oral public comment at the next Parks & Recreation Committee meeting, please fill out this form to be added to the Speakers List. The deadline to sign up is by 2:00 PM the day of the meeting. Directions for how to participate remotely will be sent to you by 3:00 PM the day of the meeting.  Parks & Recreation Committee meetings are held 1st Thursday of each month at 4:00 PM. Requests to participate in Public Comments will only be accepted for the upcoming meeting and requests for future meetings will need to be made after the current meeting.

 

 The date of the meeting as well as procedures for commenting will be included in the email sent to you from the Administrative Assistant III.
