This property is located at 20001 International Boulevard, on the southwest corner of the intersection of South 200^th Street and International Boulevard. The property currently contains three buildings; two buildings are vacant, and the third building is partially occupied with a small grocery. The property is privately owned.

On March 26, the City Council reviewed Agenda Bill #6332. Following review, the City Council passed “A Motion directing staff to engage in further evaluation of the Bullpen property for possible acquisition or other future action by the City Council was carried and became effective March 26, 2024.” More information will be posted as it becomes available.
