Agenda Bill #5729; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with the City of Tukwila for the construction of the 2021 Overlay Project (Public Works Project No. ST-901) was carried and became effective June 8, 2021.

Agenda Bill #5739; A Motion supporting and authorizing SeaTac Parks, Community Programs & Services staff to complete a grant application for consideration to King County Community Block Grant (CDBG) program in the amount of $275,000 for construction of a spray park at Riverton Heights Neighborhood Park was carried and became effective June 8, 2021.

Agenda Bill #5638; An Ordinance #21-1015 adopting a new Chapter 18.10 to SeaTac Municipal Code (SMC) related to Flood Hazard Areas, repealing Chapter 12.40 of SMC related to Flood Damage Prevention, and amending portions of Chapter 15.700 Critical Areas to comply with the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance as required by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) was adopted June 8, 2021 and becomes effective June 19, 2021.

Agenda Bill #5718; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into negotiations with the Port of Seattle to provide court services for cases occurring on Seattle-Tacoma International Airport property was carried and became effective June 8, 2021.
