Community Meeting on September 23 to Discuss Potential Zoning Change in NE SeaTac

As part of this year’s Comprehensive Plan Amendment Process, the City Council directed staff to explore a potential zoning change for properties in the northeast corner of SeaTac that could allow higher density residential housing such as townhouses or apartment buildings.  A community meeting will be held to hear from area property owners and the public about this potential zoning change:

  • Date:  Monday, September 23, 2019
  • Time:  5:30-7:00 PM
  • Location: SeaTac Community Center Banquet Room (13735 24th Ave S)
  • Meeting Program:
    • Open House 5:30 – 7:00 PM
    • Staff Presentation:  6:00 – 6:15 PM
