Community Meeting on September 23 to Discuss Potential Zoning Change in NE SeaTac

As part of this year’s Comprehensive Plan Amendment Process, the City Council directed staff to explore a potential zoning change for properties in the northeast corner of SeaTac that could allow higher density residential housing such as townhouses or apartment buildings.  A community meeting will be held to hear from area property owners and the public about this potential zoning change:
