The Planning and Economic Development Committee considers matters related to land use, development regulation issues, economic development issues, and code compliance issues. These include the following topics; comprehensive planning (if referred by Planning Commission), development regulations/zoning codes (if referred by Planning Commission), economic development issues, code compliance issues, and quarterly code compliance statistics.

The Planning and Economic Development Committee normally meets at 6:00 PM on the fourth Thursday of every month.
