PUBLIC COMMENTS (any topic) and PUBLIC HEARING COMMENTS (if applicable): The City Council will not hear any in-person comments. The City Council is providing remote oral and written public comment opportunities.  All comments shall be respectful in tone and content. Signing-up for remote comments or providing written comments must be done by 2 p.m. the day of the meeting.
