Walker Wetland Volunteer Event

Remove invasive plants at Walker Wetland Saturday, May 1

    Burien, Washington
The Walker wetland sustains the health of Walker Creek by storing and then slowly releasing water, and is home to a number of birds.  Volunteers will help protect the health of the wetland by removing invasive, non-native plants.  Volunteers of all ages are welcome but children under age 14 need to be accompanied by a parent or adult.  Please see flyer for more complete information.
