The City would like your input on a feasibility study being conducted to assess the use of an alternative stormwater rate structure approach based on vehicle trips generated by a business, rather than the amount of the impervious surfaces on a property.  This alternative approach is being evaluated because it may better link stormwater rates to water quality impacts.
